Happily married for 28 years - Satisfyer ROCKS
First things first. We are a happily married couple of 28 years. Both of us are around 50 years old. We have had a very good to great sex life during that time. My wife is capable of multiple orgasms and needs clitoral stimulation.
We are probably a pretty average couple. We have owned a Hitachi (ok but kind of big and cumbersome), bullets and eggs (our preference to this point), and a Lelo Mona (ok but my wife does not get into g-spot stimulation and it has been pretty meh for her).
Enter Satisfyer Pro 2. I know there are some reviews that talk about over-the-top orgasms, orgasms that cause your legs to shake, orgasms only taking 1-2 minutes to happen, etc.
Here is our experience. First off, it works. It works REALLY well. Other methods we have used over the years, it usually takes 10-30 minutes of foreplay to get my wife to orgasm. Not this. 5 minutes of foreplay, some lube, and then enter "the Satisfyer."
What usually took me 20-60 minutes to accomplish (foreplay, fingering, bullet/egg use, penetration, orgasm) can now be achieved in a much shorter time.
There were times that egg vibration would take 10-30 minutes to get her off. The Satisfyer, probably 3-5 minutes.
There were rare times my wife would get sore with the egg, need reapplications of lubricant, and be numb/sore afterward.
With the Satisfyer, no soreness, no numbing, no reapplication of lube, and it works EVERY time. We have only had it 3 weeks and have used it about 10 times.
Not bad for 50-year-olds. :> To say it gives her stronger orgasms than before may be overstating its capabilities; she had strong orgasms before.
She is a very conservative, church-going lady. The way I can gauge how well something works is by how much swearing she lets out during her high moments.
With the egg, I could get the S-bomb dropped pretty regularly with a few rare f-bombs on occasion if I did everything right. With the Satisfyer, multiple f-bombs every time. So is it better than the others? Maybe. Some have complained about the noise.
When it is positioned correctly, and with lube, it is much quieter. And frankly, if the toy is the loudest thing in your bedroom, maybe you are doing something wrong.
I will tell you, this toy is a keeper. If it died tomorrow, I would 2-day deliver the next one to our house.

On the border of pain and pleasure and it swings by the day!
So I first used my Satisfyer when already worked up and horny, and it was sensational. It felt intense for sure but in tune with my clit and I came quickly and heavily three times.
As I never come more than once without a decent break, I was really surprised and happy. The next morning I woke, reached for the Satisfyer, hooked it onto my clit and pressed the power button and it was horrible in a rough and violent way.
It spoiled the moment completely. A couple of days later I tried again, and it was the first time again. I wasn't horny then so I assumed that being aroused wasn't the difference between the first two times.
I guessed I must have had a little irritation on my clit and that was the cause of the discomfort. I was wrong as since then I have found that the good experiences and the bad ones are completely unpredictable.
Maybe my natural sensitivity has ups and downs, and on up days, the Satisfyer is too much?? Pity coz when it works it works So well.

Way too powerful
Unfortunately the suction was way too powerful for me. Actually left me feeling like I had a bruised clitoris for like 2 days after using it.
Also since you have to cycle through all the power levels to get back to the low levels it really interrupts the flow when you want to take the intensity down a bit.
Design looks pretty but I wouldn't recommend this for people that feel sensation in their clit area easily.
